Columbia constructed this boot with its Flex Frame technology, which features a durable yet pliable polyurethane chassis for support and defense against rocks and sticks. A Dri-Lex lining wicks away perspiration, thus preventing clammy feet while you hike or snowshoe. In the Bugalution Boots footbed, Columbia included a ThermaShield insole to reflect body heat back into the shoe and an EVA midsole for cushioning. An Omni-Grip rubber outsole has snow-and-ice-specific traction and resistance to arctic temperatures.
