This climbing bar reduces calf fatigue and puts your foot in a more natural position so you can weight the full snowshoe and take advantage of the sharp side rails instead of just the front crampons. The Elektra frame has a narrower waist and a tapered tail (as compared to the mens shoe) so you dont feel like your stride is hampered by clunky snowshoes, and the Spring-Loaded Suspension suspends the binding so your foot can step down at a natural angle even when youre traversing a slope.
