I think the service needs a little bit of help as ofttimes my location is way off and/or it simply doesn't send. I'm not sure if it's the device or the service though. ALSO... their customer service is very poor. They have never responded to a single email I've sent--ever. Over the phone they are courteous, but don't seem to know much more than what they've been scripted. SPOT better do a little better job at customer service or else they will be losing more customers.
