		<description>Just a little update here. I think the service needs a little bit of help as ofttimes my location is way off and/or it simply doesn&#039;t send. I&#039;m not sure if it&#039;s the device or the service though.

ALSO... their customer service is very poor. They have never responded to a single email I&#039;ve sent--ever. Over the phone they are courteous, but don&#039;t seem to know much more than what they&#039;ve been scripted. 

SPOT better do a little better job at customer service or else they will be losing more customers.</description>
