So, far, I’m impressed with this insulated bottle — even with the endless sea of insulated bottles in our home. Tops on the list is the durability of the lid and handle. It seems my kids have all immediately broken their Hydrojug handles, but the Thrive’s rubberized handle and lid are built to be rough-and-tumble. It doesn’t feature a solid straw, but instead it’s a squishy rubber straw like you might find on a hydration pack hose. It isn’t my favorite, but it does the job. Flipping it open or closed is a straightforward affair. And, it seems to keep liquids cool just fine and is just the right size for hauling around the office or home.
