Beautiful, sunny skies for the first Saturday in seemingly forever and the trails beckoned. My backyard trails in Lambert Park in Alpine, Utah had my number. With one of this year’s test steeds (Scott Genius 20) in tow, I was off.
The trails were a little muddier than I had thought, so my ride was cut a bit short to wait for another day. Only a few more warm Spring days and the trails should be stellar. For now, I’ll chalk it up to working the kinks out and getting some exercise–a system test of sorts. Looking forward to what the season will bring.

I rode Mississippi trails in the middle of February with 6-12 inches of sitting water and mud! It would spray up to the shoulders it was so bad. And colder than hell once you get wet!
Wet or DRY, RIDE EM HARD!
