Now in its seventh year, the Rockwell Relay is one of the premiere cycling races in Utah. Not only does the route take riders through some of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet, but the race is now owned by Charity Vision with all proceeds going to help cure blindness in developing countries around the world. Here’s how it works:
- You get a team of 4 riders
- The 525-mile course is divided into 12 legs (44 mile avg)
- Each rider covers three legs
- Racers continue on the course through the night
- Race starts in Moab, UT and ends in Ivins, UT
- $9200 total cash purse available for open-class teams
- Price is $185/cyclist through May 15, $200 until May 31
