Taking a page from the sage advice of Dr Stephen R Covey, I’m in the midst of “Sharpening the Saw“. What’s funny is that it is both a literal sharpening and figurative sharpening right now. As with many Americans, the housing market has taken its toll and I’m headlong into a basement project with the hopes of re-capturing some of that lost value. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it needs my focus power.
Between that project, my family, my faith and my day job, turnips are falling off the truck. Thankfully, things are progressing nicely and I’ve continued to have great contributions from other writers as well as a few of my own. In the meantime, pardon me as I take some time to sharpen the saw.
