2026 Scott Addict — Long Live Long Rides

Jason MitchellBy Jason MitchellSeptember 4, 2025No Comments1 Min Read

Thankfully, we’re seeing a slew of new endurance bikes that are actually made for tarmac. I love gravel bikes, but modern endurance bikes are the sweet spot for efficient road rides. With that, Scott has launched an all-new Addict that offers a lightweight and comfortable ride with an approachable geometry and 38mm tire clearance.

    2026 Scott Addict Highlights:

    • Purpose-built for all-day road riding
    • 25% more vertical compliance than the Addict RC and 50% more than the outgoing Addict model
    • Bring on the 38mm rubber
    • Updated geometry offers 5mm shorter reach and higher stack
    • More playful with 2mm shorter chainstays
    • Available in HMX and HMF carbon layups
    • In-frame storage near the bottom bracket for lower center-of-gravity
    • Integrated cockpits and internal routing
    • 780g HMX frame weight
    • 16.31 lbs (Premium)
