You may have seen NeoPro’s kits on social media, touting them as “the price that kits should be.” We hear you, NeoPro, and do recognize that kits are expensive these days. With rising costs and the expectations that come with top kit brands, you can easily spend $300 or more for a full kit. But, with NeoPro, you can get a full kit for just over $100. I’ve had their updated Victory-LTD jersey in “Bliss” color and it remains one of the top values in the jersey market.

Great incremental update
You may have seen my review of the full NeoPro kit last year. In short, it’s hard to beat it for the money. But, I did call out the short sleeve lengths and the tall collar — one of which is addressed with the Victory-LTD jersey tested here. In short, the biggest update with the Victory-LTD Bliss jersey is the new dimpled fabric in the sleeves. This alone does make the jersey feel more modern and inline with the top jerseys on the market.
While the sleeve length and material is noteworthy, the overall form and function remains excellent. Pulling it on, you’ll notice that it has a great cut. It is form fitting without being race tight (compared to the Trek RSL jersey, for example). Expect a snug and efficient fit that’s great for road, gravel or mountain biking. I am wearing the size medium, just like the original, and it’s spot on for me at 5’11” and 173 lbs.
NeoPro’s fabrics feel comfortable next-to-skin both with or without a sleeveless base layer. I tend to wear a light base layer more often than not, but either way works great. You’ll notice that the collar remains very traditional in height, which is my biggest gripe with the Victory-LTD design. I had hoped for a low-profile collar. As it is, during the hottest rides, it feels like you’re wearing a turtleneck. And, on rough descents, it tends to creep upwards on my neck — reminding me just how tall it really is. The zipper is easily manipulated up/down as needed for ventilation.
With three jersey pockets, you can carry a fair bit of stuff along for your rides. But, they aren’t pleated, so capacity remains limited. If you load your pockets like a sherpa, you may not be able to bring along as much as you’d like. On the positive side though, even heavier items in the pockets ride well without bouncing around. The updated silicon hem grippers are placed all the way around the hem and reliably keep the jersey in place.
I’ve found the fabric to be very breathable and comfortable for our climate here in Utah. Even when saturated during a Zwift training session, it dries in ample time and doesn’t feel like it’s stuck to your skin when taking it off.

The Bottom Line: NeoPro Victory-LTD Bliss Jersey
NeoPro has a great little update to their already-affordable jersey lineup with the Victory-LTD Bliss Jersey. With quality fabrics and longer sleeves, this jersey is a looker and has become one of my favorites to wear on all types of rides. I’ve received plenty of compliments on the look and design. It’s a low-profile collar away from being an absolute slam dunk.
