Introducing the ENVE MOG Gravel Frame

Fresh Wheels: ENVE Releases MOG Gravel Bike

Jason MitchellBy Jason MitchellFebruary 23, 2023No Comments2 Mins Read

With the ENVE Melee not even a year old, the carbon aficionados in Ogden, Utah are now making their drop bar lineup complete with their new MOG gravel bike. While you can determine what you want with the acronym, there’s no mistaking that this bike is unabashedly a gravel bike. Available now, the MOG enters the fray with high ambitions for the gravel racing crowd.

As with other gravel frames, the MOG features a progressive geometry meant for added stability and speed. You’ll notice that reach figures are much longer than others in the category and should be mated with shorter stems. Tire clearance is a generous 700x50c and six total sizes will be available, with size-specific fork rake for proper handling. Of course, what would a high-zoot gravel frame be without fully-internal routing? With ENVE’s IN-Route System, routing is to be simpler and clean.

When riding gravel, long distances are often the norm, but not all gravel bikes offer in-frame storage. The MOG offers 36 cu in of internal storage for extra stuff. No, it won’t replace frame bags, but you can ditch that bar bag and saddle bag for rides like SBT GRVL. Rounding things out, we’re talking about a T47 threaded bottom bracket, UDH derailleur hanger, 1x/2x electronic and mechanical compatible and built-in frame protection.
